Exactly what i needed to stop my thumb from clicking but still allow me to use my hand and not be too obvious. Comfortable to wear and easy to remove. Gets a bit slippery when wet but otherwise ok so far. Doesn't heal my trigger thumb but stops the pain.

A brilliant, simple idea that actually works. Fit is excellent and very well made. Comparable prices to others and delivery really excellent. Check your measurements a few times to ensure you order the correct size. If you get it wrong, don't panic as easy returns etc.

Bought this as I developed trigger finger in my thimb and middle fingers. This splint alleviated so much pain and swelling in both. It was an absolute god send. It is smooth, without jagged plastic to cut your skin and feels comfortable to wear. As it's plastic you can wear it while washing your hands etc too. Very functional, very useful and I have recommended it to many other type 1 diabetics who suffer with trigger finger. I wore mine daily for over 6 months and the only thing that finally broke one was being dropped and ending up squashed in a door frame. I immediately purchased a replacement. Make sure you measure your knuckles correctly and you'll be golden. For the cost it is definitely great value for money and very easy to pop on and wear all day. It's really well designed, supports the finger joint where it needs it and is the rught thickness so as not to be easily broken but not overly cumbersome either.

I followed the sizing chart and it was way off. The thumb splint was too large and kept slipping off and not doing what is was designed for. Other than that it appears well made and comfortable if it fitted. I ordered 2 sizes and both were too big. They need to look at their size charts.

This little gizmo is worth its weight in gold... My trigger thumb was giving me so much pain, and I found the "glove" style thumb splint too limiting - I kept having to take it off for several normal daily routines (especially showering, cooking, washing up, etc., which involve getting the hand wet). But THIS..! Oh my goodness - it's absolute MAGIC! I can keep it on all the time, and it totally immobilises and supports the middle joint. The pain relief this brings is amazing! It's comfortable, effective, discreet, easy to clean, and no velcro to catch on clothes or bedding. An absolute life saver - I've just ordered a spare! I see most negative reviews relate to the sizing. So I very carefully followed the instructions from the photos displayed on the main post - and it fits me like a... Oh.... Hence the expression 🤣 Follow the sizing instructions and you'll be as delighted as I am! Additionally, in the easy-to-understand instructions that it came with, it suggests sending for a selection of sizes and you then just keep the one you want and send the rest back. But if you wrap your thumb/finger joint with a strip of paper and measure exactly as instructed on the Amazon page, you'll probably be first time lucky, like me. A tiny gizmo with a massive effect. This item was excellent for my trigger thumb, keeping it from bending. It certainly has improved my condition after only a week of wearing. Would recommend for anyone with arthritic joints in their hands.

This little gadget is brilliant, all pain stopped within minutes of wearing it. Fits perfectly, but do the measurements as they suggest, do not guess. This will then work, to relieve pain every quickly. Also it’s very discrete, unlike the strap on device I had before.
