Getting enough blood
Excellent, other devices I have tried haven't given enough blood for my test strips to get a result and I have had to throw them away ,expensive! They are sprung loaded so you don't just press a needle against your finger.

They work!
Sometimes I can't draw blood with the usual lancets so I thought I'd give these a try. You twist the cap until it comes free then push the exposed white bit against your finger, then in my case jump about 2 feet out my chair. These lancets could get blood out a stone! They work best on your thumb or fingers with thicker skin as you can't adjust them and I did get a fright the first time I tried them. They do work every time so I'm really pleased with them and I will definitely buy them again.
