I wear a plus size US 22/24, what size would fit?

None! I can wear anywhere between 20-24 depending on what it is and I ordered the 7x and it didnt fit. Maybe if laced past fabric in the back for the "modesty pannel. But dont want to go that far

Does it squeeze your waist to make you have somewhat an hour glass figure?

Yes. Mine came with the ribbon strung straight down, so I had to restring the ribbon to get that shape. Makes all the difference.

I ordered a 3xl based on what I measured myself to be and it fit exactly with no gap in the back. I can't wait to see what it looks like with my own embellishments---adding a zipper and some pink rhinestones to make it stand out on stage--I think it's going to look very pretty! Product shipped very quickly and I would order from this shop again.
