The instructions in the package are not clear and you have to come back to this listing to even see how the screws go into the holes. Once that was understood, the worker said if we used those on our concrete ceiling when we removed them it would take a large area of the ceiling with it and since we rent, we don't want to do that. We had to buy other more useful mounting screws. Also, there is NO WAY the maximum length for the strap is 90 inches based on that you have to run the strap through the mechanism twice to have it make a proper loop. There are no instructions how to do that properly so we just had to wing it. The product itself seems like it will do the job. The information and how it is constructed is contrary to common sense.

Installed this for a disabled family member, he flings it, swats it, pulls himself up on it, hits it with toys and generally breaks anything not made to withstand a moderate catastrophe. This has been In use for a few months, holding up well, no fraying, peeling , or signs of wear. Definitely would buy again if we need one in another room for him because this one will last.

While the product itself is great, the instructions were horrible. We had to go buy completely different screws to install it, and hope and guess we were doing it correctly. What are all the parts for? Where do they go?
