These didnt work well with me and my body but I give it a five star cause the company has such wonderful customer service and truly care about there customers this beet root is very pure I wish it had worked with me but my body is so sensitive to everything.

got this to improve blood flow during physical activity. Wanted an alternative to coffee or pre workout. Tastes like nothing which is perfect if you need beet in your system but hate the taste of beet. High quality capsules dont melt in your hand which is great. Effective during workouts i have noticed the difference and absolutely no side effects. Not even colored urine like when eating beets. I heard its good for blood pressure but i dont have issues with that so im not sure.

Super happy with quality, but several pills were broken.

A little on the expensive side but they work great if ever the stores run out of beets again we will buy these again....

These are easy to swallow and don’t have a bad Beet taste. I would recommend them
