This is a simple yet effective mount with VESA holes and cable routing via the bits that stick out the sides. The part with the holes for the screws are pushed out which allowed me to use cable ties to secure to my monitor which does not have Vesa mounting holes. Comes with some screws and wall plugs but I didn’t use those so cannot comment on how robust the screws are. My Mac mini fitted fine, not a tight squeeze but not loose either. Good value for what I paid - circa £12

Straightforward and simple solution to wall mount or under desk mount a Mac mini

A bit sharp at the edges so mind your fingers when handling it. Slightly bigger that MacMini so the computer rattles in the frame, or allows user to install computer “Right” or “wrong-way” up without blocking the ports on the device, depending on your point of view. VESA holes are drilled accurately and good quality bolts, and wall fixings, are supplied. It does the job even if it is a bit rough and ready

Mac mini slides in easily. One thing about having the mini stored in this way is picking between having cables coming out of the top and then dealing with that, or having cables coming out of the bottom and the apple upside down!

Firstly, this supposedly has a "silver powder coating helps protect your Mac Mini from scratches or damage" - if it has this, it doesn't work. It would be very easy to scratch the Mac Mini. I had to put Gorilla Tape at the contact points to prevent damage. Secondly, it doesn't look like the picture. It has extra bits sticking out each side which makes it look ugly. I have no idea what these are for. Finally it came with a rectangular piece of black plastic but no explanation of what it's for.

I bought one of these to put a Mac Mini on the wall but when I got the first I tried it on our old time capsule and it was great for that too so I bought a second. Both units received were the same as each other but both differ from the photos on amazon. Amazon shows the sides of the mount are one solid piece. However on the mounts I received each side is split into 3 sections. top and bottom flush with side of the mini, middle section stands parallel by about 1.5cm. I don't know why the design is different, but it doesn't affect the operation. I would recommend.

Zunächst wollte ich die Halterung nicht bestellen, da mich die Bilder getäuscht haben. Die zeigen das Vorgängermodell, sogar heute noch! Nachdem ich aber ich in zwei-drei anderen Bewertungen gelesen habe, dass doch eine andere Version, nicht wie abgebildet geliefert wird, kontaktierte ich den Verkäufer. Ohne auf meine Frage welche Version verschickt wird, alt oder neu, wurde ich einfach an den Hersteller verwiesen. Total enttäuschend! Ich wollte nur die "Neue" und wollte sicher sein, dass ich sie bekomme. Eigentlich war ich kurz davor in amazon.uk mit hohen Lieferkosten zu bestellen. Ich entschließ mich zu riskieren und zunächst hier zu bestellen. Zu meiner positiven Überraschung kam dann doch die neue Version - siehe die Bilder! Die Alte wollte ich nicht, da ich gelesen habe, dass es Probleme mit dem W-Lan-Empfang gäbe. Mehr dazu waiter unten. Zum Produkt Das Material macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Die Halterung ist stabil und füllt sich qualitativ an. Irgendwo habe ich gelesen, dass der Blech angeblich sehr dünn sein sollte. Das kann ich nicht bestätigen. Von der Innenseite ist die Halterung mit so einer Art Schaumstoff gepolstert, so dass der Mac Min vor Kratzer geschützt ist. Die Montage ging sehr einfach. Die Halterung hängt an der Wan, teil hinter meinem Monitor. Ich habe die mitgelieferten Dübeln und Schrauben verwendet. In der Lieferung sind noch 4 kleine Schrauben für die Montage auf der Rückseite eines Monitors. Eine der wichtigen Fragen bleibt: wie ist der W-Lan-Empfang? Ich konnte nach der Montage keine Verschlechterung feststellen. Allgemein, habe ich das Gefühl, dass der W-Lan-Empfang vom Mac Mini ist etwas schlechter als bei meinem alten iMac von 2011. Von W-Lan-Problemen berichten aber einige User im Internet. Mein Fazit Preis/Leistung - Top! Qualität - Top! Montage - Top! Funktionalität - Top! Die Halterung empfehle ich auf jeden Fall.

Ottimo materiale e verniciatura. Calza come un guanto grazie anche ai pad interni morbidi che tengono il mac in perfetta posizione, senza nessun gioco, senza ostacolare l'accesso alle porte e alla ventilazione. Sono incluse le viti per l'aggancio vesa e anche i tasselli per il fissaggio a parete. I fori permettono l'aggancio alla gran parte dei display da pc (ma comunque non ai televisori di grossa diagonale in quanto hanno i fori più distanti tra loro). I passacavi agevolano il cable management per mantenere tutto in ordine. Se proprio dobbiamo trovare il pelo nell'uovo, dal lato estetico, i fori per le viti potevano essere realizzati un pochino più in alto in modo da far scendere un po' di più il mac perchè se si tiene quest'ultimo con le porte verso l'alto (per facilitare l'accensione e il collegamento di periferiche) alcuni cavi potrebbero sbucare dal profilo superiore dello schermo (tipo l'hdmi o l'ethernet che sono più rigidi. In più, i cavi degli hdd esterni in genere sono piuttosto corti, potrebbero non raggiungere il piano della scrivania. In tal caso bisognerebbe mettere il mac sottosopra però si farebbe più fatica ad accedere alle porte.
