These arrived quickly and fit through my letterbox, so no need to wait in for delivery! These seem good quality and easy to swallow. The packaging shape is actually handy too as the pot makes it easier to store than the usual round pill bottles.

I'd read up on the benefits of Evening Primrose Oil for women's health and decided to give these a try on account of them being well priced and with good reviews. I can honestly say I've never been so pleased with a product and will be a lifelong customer of this particular item. I'm not the best with taking pills so found them a little intimidating to begin with (which is why I've given them four stars for ease of swallowing) but they're honestly ok once you get used to them. Can't recommend more, they've helped me significantly with my hormones and after taking them for two months have had two almost pain-free periods for the first time in my entire life. Saw a noticeable effect after taking them for just over a week but would recommend that you try for a longer period of time if you do decide to take. I also take only one a day but you can take up to three a day dependent on your personal needs.

I bought these after being recommended them for spots to see if they would help! I was encouraged to use Evening Primrose oil by a surgeon who said they help with inflammation, hence purchasing. I am unable to tell immediately how I am faring but will continue to use alongside the right foods and rest up...That aside, some other evening primrose tablets in small jars tend to stick together, these do not which is a plus. The packaging was quite different from what I am used to, as they are not in a jar, I am not sure if that is why they don't stick as there's more room for the tablets to move around.

Very pleased with these - as a vegan it's good to find a product - this product is good quality and good value for money. My skin has improved since taking these.

After suffering from breast cysts due to the menopause I opted to try high strength evening primrose oil. For me this worked a treat, after a month of taking them at night (the capsules are large but soft and slippery, so not hard to swallow) no more breast cysts. I use them in conjunction with Wild Yam and I've banished all hormonal symptoms including the worst PMT of my life! I wish I had known about this combo when I was younger, would have saved me years of suffering!
