A.Vogel, Agnus castus - 50ml

I bought these because my hormones were all over the place. They really settled things down and leveled things out. If my hormones ate a bit out of sync I take this for a few days. It definitely makes a difference. Not a great taste but worth it for the result.

I have polycystic ovaries and I used to be on the birth control pill for years. I came off the pill about a year ago and a few months after that I started to suffer from abnormal clotting and developed really bad cystic acne - even my close friends noticed and commented on how bad my skin was. I think taking the pill may have something to do with it as I never had a problem with acne before. I went to see a doctor and he prescribed me clindamycin, a topical antibiotic but unfortunately it didn't work for me. Thanks to agnus castus, I got my life back! 1. I've had a normal period for a couple of months now - no flooding, no clots... 2. Also, I found I am generally quite calm and uplifted, and a few days before my period comes, when I would usually be in b*tchy mode, I am calm and happy. 3. My acne is completely gone and my skin has never looked better:) Highly recommended!

This stuff tastes a bit gross (quite bitter) but really seems to work. Since taking it the last 3 months my mood swings & painful sore boobs when due on are almost non existent which is pretty much a game changer for me. The only thing I would say is that the moodiness (probably more accurately termed pre menstrual rage in my case) comes back with extra vengeance at any point in the month if I miss a couple of doses. I need to work harder on not doing this or it totally undoes the whole positive benefit of being on it...

Without being overdramatic (moi??!!), this has really changed my life! It has virtually eliminated the awful breast tenderness and pain which I used to suffer from for nearly two weeks before my period, has helped with mood swings and my periods are just about regular for the first time. I cannot recommend this highly enough. It doesn't taste very nice but I have a glass of juice afterwards and I find that works. It's excellent value - I've been recommending it to family and friends without hesitation. It's really made a huge difference.

This has literally changed my life. I have been taking 40 drops every day before 11 o’clock for the past four months and I can 100% say that I can see a change in my moods, my symptoms and pretty much everything else related to premenstrual hell. I could not recommend it enough to anybody who is looking for some relief.

I took this twice a day every day for a month and had none of the sore boobs associated with PMS that I had suddenly started getting really bad the last few months! But my period came late, and I freaked out and didn't take it the next month in case it was related. This was a terrible idea - the sore boobs came back really bad a week before my period so I immediately started taking it again, within a few days it has helped and my period even came on time as usual - it must have just been unrelated stress that had delayed it before. It seems you have to take it in the run up to your PMS week otherwise it takes a few days to kick in.

Bit disappointed - but this is because I misread product description - I thought these were tongue drops but you have to mix them with water and they taste horrible

I'm not saying this will work for everyone, but I am a different woman! I suffer from really bad PMS and my mood gets very low and erratic in the run up to my period. I was very sceptical about this but it truly has changed my life. I no longer get mad for no reason, or feel so sad I cry for an hour with no reason. I don't know how it works, but it does. I don't even get period pains any more. I don't mind the taste. I mix it with a little water and it's kind of like a herbal tea taste. One warning... If you are going to try it you HAVE to commit. I stopped taking it for a couple of weeks and my next period I was an absolute shambles.

Taste is not so good but luckily can take in only a little water - too early to tell effect but was referred to me by my homeopath

This natural herbal has alcohol. Was not able to try. Gave it to someone else.

I used to have terrible PMS that lasted 1.5 to 2 weeks each time, directly after my ovulation: sore and swollen breasts, mood swings, hunger attacks and the worst - waking up completely soaked in my own sweat. I started taking these Agnus Castus drops after a recommendation from my doctor. Beware that you need to have patience: I started feeling a difference only after 2.5-3 months! It probably takes time until it kicks in but once it does, it feels like magic medication. Don't give up, continue taking it daily even if you don't notice any effect, at least 4 months! It's worth it. It has reduced my PMS symptoms almost completely: so much that without looking at my mensturation app I would probably not even notice that I am supposed to get my period. I think it even somewhat reduces my cramps during my mensturation, making it less of a torture and even possible to handle without pain medication. After taking this brand of Agnus Castus for 2 year consecutively I took a break while going on holiday and very quickly (after 1-2 months) noticed that my PMS symptoms are all coming back, and promised I would never make the mistake of stopping it again.

Ich habe mit die Tropfen bestellt, weil mein Zyklus unregelmäßig war. Ich habe sie, wie angegeben, täglich 2x genommen und am Ende der Flasche hatte sich der Zyklus tatsächlich reguliert.
