Drive Devilbiss Aluminium Height Adjustable Quad Cane Walking Aid - Small Base, 14 cm X 14 cm

Good, sturdy walking stick with rubber feet that prevent slipping. My only concern is that this is the second stick I bought as I was unable to get rubber ends to fit when they wore through.

Excellent walking aid, cannot fault it. Light weight, strong. Does the job.

I had to buy this as an emergency 'cos one of the ferrules popped off the one I'd bought back in 2013 and it wasn't being made any more so I had to get *something* to support me when I went to the hospital appointment otherwise it would have been a wasted appointment and cost the NHS money that could have been put to use for something else, as well as potentially not putting the Neurologist in the best of moods to help me. Considering it was under £20 and I got it the next day, with only two days to spare before the appointment, it's great! The base bit where the legs are (can't think of the proper name for it, sorry) is about two thirds smaller than my previous one, which made me incredibly anxious but it's easier to use in tighter spaces like in our hall and kitchen and things like that. Overall it's a good quad cane, it's just going to take a lot more practise using it on slopes and kerbs and stuff like that.

Wonderful walking aid, sturdy and easy to use.

Very sturdy, great for my 89 year old mum in law after her hip replacement, she loves it because it can stand upright without needing to hang it up all the time.

I brought this for mum as she is short 4ft 10 and need one after surgery , she found it better, more stable than using a traditional walking stick.

Disappointed. The grip is clicking not tight. and the cane overall not sturdy on the quad. My impression it is cheap or low quality manufacturing. I paid 45 pounds for international shipment and can't return. I bought for my mom. All local here are made of steel and heavy. The purchased one is light but not sturdy/reliable.

Wir sind von der Gehhilfe für eine ältere Dame, die eigentlich noch ganz gut zu Fuß ist total begeistert. Der Stock liefert in der heimischen Wohnung das Plus an Sicherheit das gewünscht ist. Anders als der bisherige Stock bleibt er von selbst stehen und wird gern und oft genutzt. Bei dem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis haben wir noch einen zweiten gekauft, damit die Hilfe überall bei der Hand ist. Also etwas für Leute, die sonst noch in der Lage sind das Haus selbst zu verlassen und dann nur einen normalen Stock nehmen und im Haus Unterstützung haben wollen, wenn sie mal nicht so gangsicher sind.

Cominciamo col dire che il bastone non è il classico prodotto Made in China di scarsissima qualità. Realizzato in India, è assemblato con cura e con ottimi materiali.. L'alluminio è di buon spessore ed ha un trattamento superficiale che ne impedisce l'ossidazione. Grazie al diametro ottimale, alla conformazione ed al materiale con cui è realizzata (plastica leggermente ruvida), l'impugnatura garantisce un'ottima "presa" in ogni circostanza. La base, costituita da quattro piedini sufficientemente distanziati, garantisce una buona stabilità ed è particolarmente indicata per coloro che hanno bisogno di un piccolo aiuto durante la deambulazione senza ingombrare molto. Ovviamente chi ha grossi problemi nel muoversi, dovrebbe orientarsi verso un modello con base larga. I terminali in gomma sono sufficientemente morbidi e dall'ottimo "grip" (è quasi impossibile scivolare), inoltre all'interno hanno un piccolo disco metallico che impedisce allo stelo di alluminio di affondare nella gomma e di provocarne la rottura. Il sistema di regolazione è molto pratico ma la clip che tiene in sede il perno metallico che attraversa sia lo stelo interno che quello esterno, è in plastica mentre avrei preferito che fosse in acciaio flessibile. Anche se bisogna dire che una volta regolata l'altezza, non si va più a toccarlo quindi la possibilità che si rompa è remota. Ci tengo a precisare che le parti in plastica ed in gomma NON emettono odori sgradevoli!!! Non posso quindi che consigliarne l'acquisto.

Tiene el tamaño adecuado para que la persona que lo utilice no se tropiece. Pesa muy poco y tiene una gran durabilidad. Los materiales son buenos. En mi caso es el segundo que compro. El primero tiene más de 4 años de uso y sigue bien. En fin, un buen producto a un precio competitivo.
