Great product sure some cats love it Unfortunately my cat is scared of it so it doesn’t get the use of deserves. My kids even try playing with it with a cat to show it was nothing to be scared of however he took little interest and it just exists in my living room. I’m still hoping one day he’ll start to like it.

This interactive toy provides endless fun for my kitten even without the device turned on . When the device is switched on , it swizzles around randomly but moves quite fast . ( Initially I thought the sensor wasn't working properly since it appeared to work constantly without anything triggering it off :however after a long period of time it did go to "sleep "). I felt my kitten tired out with it when it was active and resorted to sitting on the butterfly to stop it moving.The butterfly was well made and robust and I have bought replacements to use without the base unit as they are so versatile and fun. Not sure how long the batteries will last since it takes some time before it switches off

This overall is a very well designed and very interactive cat toy. Of all the many toys we've bought, this was one of the most returned to. A couple of design upgrades could make this even better. A: Somehow a way to fix to a solid surface or heavier base, it's just a little light for the cats to pick up, drag off and make it unusable. B:The butterflies maybe a bit stronger built. Although the unit is supplied with 2 butterflies and wires, within an hour our two 16 week old Bengal kittens devastated them.

I have the original one so thought I'd try with the ball. My cat doesn't play with the ball hugely and the butterfly doesn't move that fast and gets stuck in the same place - so not so too happy with how it's functioning. I bought it as the motion sensor one was out of stock that I wanted to try. My cat seemed to get bored after a day and has ripped half the butterfly off, as otherwise would have returned for the original. Need more spares to come in the pack, and the spinning mechanism is questionable as is longevity. Needs a motion sensor.

This toy keeps our 3 year old moggy occupied for ages. It's movement sensor turnes it off or on when the cat either approaches or quits playing with it. The butterfly has lasted much longer than we expected, and it definitely gets the most attention, the ball however is virtually ignored completely. The pop out ribbon could be better if there was a couple of more bits of ribbon on the rod. The toy does make a fair bit of noise, so if we want some quiet time, the cat has to play with something else, but that is a good thing, as variety is important. Who knows what goes on in a cat's mind, but we like to think this is her second favourite toy, to the old knotted piece of frayed string! Stuffed mice, feathers, cat nip filled soft toys, balls, ball maze, all were a waste of money, the piece of string was IT, until this came along!

This is one of the best toys I have purchased so far. I have an indoor 4 month old kitten. Her newest ambition is to hide and then ambush. This is working so well for me when I get home and need to get life admin done. She originally had a tower with balls in much like this but smaller. This has allowed me to donate that toy and replace it with this. The butterfly motion is brilliant... It has a timer and it rechargeable plus it has the balls in the tower. Value is fantastic! The only odd thing about it that is has slow mode and then medium and high. The slow mode is definitely adequate if not fast! Worth every penny. And I've purchased a whole host of toys in the last 4 months

Had it just over 3 weeks - feather came off the top and now, over a month later, it is not charging at all - downright cheap.

I bought the toy (the green base) from another place (a store, not online) because it was on a crazy discount, however the butterflies are not very durable so I needed a cheaper but big lot of spare butterflies that will last us a while. Here the price/quantity was good. The butterflies are the same so why pay more. I am happy and the cat is happy (by the way he is not a big fan of toys but this one is brilliant, keeps him entertained and he doesn't get bored with it). I recommend.

Ho fatto felici i miei gatti con questo acquisto, il gioco ha sostanzialmente tre fonti di intrattenimento feline: la pallina, un giochino simil preda che esce dalla base di plastica ma, sopratutto, la farfalla svolazzante. Il gioco si attiva quando il gatto passa vicino al sensore e lo tiene impegnato nei momenti di solitudine distraendolo dal vostro divano. Il mio consiglio è di comprarlo ma ricordatevi di spegnerlo di notte

le jouet préféré de mon chat , il l'adore , j'ai acheté plusieurs papillons car faut les changer de temps en temps ils finissent par casser , c'est le 2 ème que j'achète , le socle est très solide je le posé au dessu de son arbre il est tombé plusieurs fois et fonctionnait toujours mais la dernière fois il est mal tombé donc ça a cassé a l'interieur rien a voir avec la solidité du jouet , je recommande vraiment ce jouet , très bon article
