This is great value for a lot of caffeine. It' snot great for me, but working the night shift are prety much necessary for me until I work out a better internal body clock (which caffeine interferes with lol). I take one upon waking whenever I really need the boost to get ready in the morning (coffee interferes with my iron supplements). Another high quality, great value and useful product from Peak Supps.

I don't find that my energy levels drastically changed. I was hoping because I don't drink coffee, tea, energy drinks, etc what these would give me that effect, and though my energy is up, it is not as much as I would have hoped. These have been great for weight loss though!

As I have been accused of being a bit too philosophical at work (ie I have been sleeping..... no, I am not a busdriver), I thought it was a good idea to get a bit awake at work. Occasional awake, that is. I should not try to be the Worker Of The Month or something like that. I just want to become a bit... ehh, alert and responsive. So I purchased this based on the reviews. The results has been good. I have indeed been more awake and is only napping off twice a day. Thankfully, I am always wearing sunglasses so my boss has not noticed. But I still feel a lot better. This is off course a bit false as these caffeine tablets is not adding anything but caffeine to your body. With coffee comes water = too many toilet visits. Which is frowned upon in an office environment. These caffeine tablets is dry = no toilets visits = a happier boss. The coffee at work is also made by camel waste products = has a very foul taste. I am happier without it. I am still not Worker Of The Month material. But these tablets has added only positives to my day and I am happy with them. I will indeed order more of them. I guess every 3 months. They comes recommended.

Made me sick. Must have an intolerance to one of the ingredients.

Does give you a boost , I don’t drink coffee so I think this equates to a mug of coffee
