Smooth Almond Butter

Currently on a sort of a keto diet and have been obsessed with this almond butter. Great consistency, minimal ingredients which I love and the 1kg lasts for long. The texture is nice and smooth and the taste is great. Good value for money!

Absolutely delicious product! I add a spoonful of this Almond Butter to my morning Protein Shake. If I wasn't disciplined and weight conscious - I could just sit and eat from the 1kg pot! Highly recommended and a good alternative nut butter to the ubiquitous Peanut Butter!

I dont usually do reviews but this is the worst Almond butter ive ever had .. it is solid at the bottom with loads of oil on top. It is impossible to mix it together and i need a sharp knife to slice it. Couldnt even get it to smooth out when i put a slice in the smoothie maker, my smoothie just ended up gritty. Ive had this brand before but never had this issue .. just awful!

The tub arrived in the manufacturer’s box, which had some oily stains on the outside. Nothing was leaking, but it didn’t look great on arrival. When I opened the lid, there was a thick layer of oil sitting on top and a dense, clumpy mass of almond butter underneath. Stirring it straight out of the tub was very difficult —it was far too firm. I decided to microwave it gently (600W for 40–60 seconds at a time), stirring with a fork after each burst. After 3 or 4 rounds, it finally loosened up into a smooth, runny consistency. Once it was fully mixed, I stored it in the fridge with the lid slightly open. After 24 hours, the texture had completely settled—creamy, spreadable, and easy to use. The taste is natural and mild. Personally, I’d have preferred a bit more salt, but it’s still enjoyable. Being almond butter, it’s understandably more expensive than peanut butter, but the ingredients are clean. It takes more effort, and the initial appearance might put some people off. But once you’ve prepped it properly, it turns out really well. If you want a healthier option and don’t mind a bit of mixing, it’s worth it.

Ein tolles Produkt, ein LECKERES Produkt! Sie schreiben " mit einer Prise Salz ", okay. Ansonsten reines Mandelmus, hervorragende Qualität und zu einem guten Preis, wenn man vergleicht. Es steht drauf - alles in Englisch - dass eine Separierung des Mandelöls völlig natürlich ist, man solle vernünftig umrühren ;) Oh ich habe vernünftig umgerührt! Es liegt wahrscheinlich an der jetzigen kühleren Jahreszeit, aber das umrühren ist so beschwerlich... ein dicker Klumpen im Gefäß unten, ölige Flüssigkeit obendrauf. Nur ein kleiner Schwups und es riecht zur Sauerei auch noch überall köstlich nach Mandeln - na, wenn das kein Vergnügen ist. Aber ernsthaft: Das umrühren ist "harte Arbeit". Ich probiere es demnächst mit leichtem erhitzen, vielleicht hilft das! Suuuper leckeres Mandelmus, dafür tut man halt einiges ;-)

Hallo an alle. Diesen Artikel habe ich Anfang diesen Monats erstanden und möchte zuerst auf die Aspekte eingehen, die mir positiv aufgefallen sind. Geschmack: darüber lässt sich bekanntlich gut streiten, aber persönlich bin ich sehr zufrieden. Es hat definitiv etwas Nussiges, Schokoladiges. Geht in Richtung Nutella. Die Süße ist nicht übertrieben, sondern so wie erwartet. Nun der negative Aspekt: Die Konsistenz des Produktes, liegt in etwa bei der von Nutella in einem sehr warmen Hochsommer. Das soll heissen, sie werden kein Messer zum Verstreichen nutzen müssen sondern es reicht das Brot entsprechend zu neigen. Dies kann Vorteile haben, es fällt mir nur gerade keiner ein. Als ich den Eimer das erste Mal öffnete, stand über dem eigentlichen Produkt, eine dicke Schicht Öl. Das ist an sich kein Problem, etwas rühren mit einem stabilen Löffel und schon ist es gut, kenn ich ja schon von der Erdnussbutter. Aber nein, ich rührte und rührte und ja ein guter Teil der sich im unteren Teil des Eimers befindlichen Masse löste sich von diesem und im Anschluss auch im Öl. Leider konnte ich auch nach längerem rühren ( inzwischen mit einem Eislöffel, da der Esslöffel zu kurz wurde ), keine signifikante Veränderung in der Gesamtkonsistenz feststelle. Es blieb bei Nutella im Hochsommer. Eventuell habe ich ja eine falsche Vorstellung gehabt, wie sich das Produkt mir darbieten würde. Ich bin von einem Produkt ausgegangen, welches sich vergleichbar mit gut durchgerührter Erdnussbutter verarbeiten lässt. Dem ist aber nicht so, daher ziehe ich von sonst fälligen 5 Sternen, einen ab. Fazit: Gutes Produkt, toller Geschmack, aber mit Schwächen in Bezug auf die Konsistenz.

hatte mich so darauf gefreut, da die Peanut Butter echt klasse war. Hier leider absolute Katastrophe. Konnte nur ein wenig einen Klumpen lösen, der sich auch nach minutenlangen Rühren nicht mehr mit dem Rest verbinden konnte. Die andere Hälfte des Klumpens sitzt fest am Boden und lässt sich gar nicht mehr lösen. Absolutes No Go für 24€.
