Good lemon flavour
Excellent quality, strong lemon flavour.

Weak and expensive but nicer when you use more
Quite weak for the cost, had to use alot more than I first assumed to flavour the sponge and cream of a medium gateau I was baking. Looked at the bottle afterwards and it was almost a quarter gone just to get the right amount of flavour. Although it was a nice flavour ...but on balance I think I may buy again.

Very zesty
This lemon oil is lovely. It tastes of fresh lemons and not just lemon flavoured. I added 1 cap full to a biscuit mix of 2/4/6 and it was really nice and tasty. Proper lemon biscuits.

Superb product
This is a powerfully flavoured quality extract. You really only need to use a small amount. Very good standard. I purchased this and the almond. The are equally good on flavour intensity.
