Practical
Mount to the wall and fold down flat when not using - perfect solution. Expensive but well engineered.

Poor quality. Two units arrived broken in the same way.
Very disappointed. I love the idea of the product but after the second unit arrived damaged the same way as the first it is clear this isn’t a shipping issue but rather a product quality issue. If this happens to the product in transit or packing, I assume it will fail in the same way with light use.

Overly expensive for what it is
I wouldn’t waste my money of this if I had the choice again. I ended up paying the $240 for this and it went on sale a few weeks later for $50 off but even that is a bit overpriced for what it is, especially since you have to pay an extra $40 for the router plate. What you’re paying for is just the “Rockler” name I think. The table is a bit fiddly and isn’t much better than many of the cheaper varieties out there on the market. I’d honestly just save my money for an actual router table with a router lift. It was a pain in the ass to fit this to my Bosch router and even though the Bosch router has a key you can use to lift it when it’s mounted to a router table, they didn’t think to include that hole in the router plate. The whole thing feels kind of unstable and not very well designed. If this thing was $150 and included the router plates and everything, then maybe it would be worth it for the money. Otherwise I would give this a pass.

Critical part not included!
It is not a bad table, but the most important part of the table is not included. You must order the baseplate separately. It’s bad enough that they don’t clearly indicate this information, but worse, it’s an additional $40 and you have to wait for it. It was obvious from the packaging that it had been repackaged several times (most likely because the most critical part is not included) Too many other good options out there that don’t bait and switch you. I would not recommend this product.

Needs a baseplate to work. Amazon doesn’t sell the smaller one.
So the table seems decent enough, however it cannot be used without either the 55512 or 53910 baseplates only the larger of which is sold by Amazon. This was not in the product description when I purchased it. Rockler does sell them both thankfully, but be advised that it’s gonna be a week or two to get them, and they’re not cheap. See the attached image from the instructions. Also there’s a warning on the side of the box, would be super cool if Amazon sold the required parts. Update: called Rockler directly and they were really dismissive and blamed Amazon for the product description, and advised me that I could pay extra for expedited shipping if I was unhappy with having purchased an unusable product. It’s a bummer because I really wanted to like this, and a minor description oversight seems like a simple fix, but they’re either unable or unwilling to fix it, and either way their customer service was abysmal. Udate 2: Table is a slick piece of kit once you’ve got all the parts; customer service is holding them back. Three stars.

Dewalt 618 doesn’t work as advertised
It’s supposed to fit Dewalt 618 but it doesn’t. False advertising and a complete waste of my valuable time. The screw holes didn’t match up at all. It wasn’t even remotely close.
