While this has helped with swelling & pain management of my plantar fasciitis, in only one week it got a snag on the heel that has spread like the pantyhose of the 90s. I am going to buy a replacement & wear the snagged one as a backup - but I wish it was a bit better made.

This doesn’t seem to be a quick cure for plantar fasciitis but it does help. I’ve been dealing with this pain for 3 years and nothing the Dr did helped at all. The next step is surgery but after wearing this sleeve for a couple days the pain is at least lessened. As for fit I ordered a 2xl using the fit chart provided and the 2xl was too large so I ordered the xl and it’s perfect. I usually pull the straps too tight which causes pain of a different sort. I’ve learned the right amount of compression to allow for all day comfort. If lessening the pain is all I get I still think this is worth the money.

This actually does relieve my foot pain. They videos show sleeping is possible with them on but i haven't been able to.
