It’s British!
My British wife didn’t like the layout of American keyboards so I bought this for her. She loves it.

Great Keyboard; UK Layout a Must for Computers Using UK Type Mode.
This works and functions just like any other Logitech K120 keyboard, except it has a UK layout, which is a lot easier when I have my computer in UK keyboard mode. Logitech is known for excellent products and while K120 is the lowest class of keyboard they have, it trumps all the alternatives in the same price range. If you need a UK layout and are not currently in the UK, I highly recommend this keyboard.
