This Moen kitchen faucet is fantastic! The design is sleek, modern, and instantly upgraded the look of my kitchen. The water pressure is great, the handle moves smoothly, and the pull-down sprayer works perfectly. Installation was straightforward, and the overall quality feels solid and durable — exactly what you’d expect from Moen. Highly recommend!

Sent first one back, open box parts missing. That’s Amazon. Easy return and replacement received in good order. Faucet is great looking. For the most part good quality. Not sure I like the detachable spray head being plastic. Word to wise, make sure to push power plug and control plug in all the way. The small one was tricky. Wave action works well. Definitely by Moen.

Going good so far, installation was decent. Took some time. Touchless feature is good, works everytime. Been using it for about a couple of months. Like it.

I bought this Moen Haelyn faucet to replace an older Moen model that had a broken handle. The installation itself was pretty straightforward, even for someone doing it without a plumber. The hardest part had nothing to do with the faucet; my sink is in a tight corner, and the space underneath is extremely cramped, which made getting tools in there a challenge. Once I had room to work, the faucet went in without any real issues. It was harder to remove the old one than it was to install the new one. The faucet looks good and functions well, but the quality is definitely lighter than the older Moen it replaced. The materials feel thinner and less solid overall, especially the handle. It works fine, but if you’re used to the heavier, sturdier feel of older Moen faucets, you’ll notice the difference right away. That said, the pull-down sprayer works smoothly, the Power Boost feature is strong, and everything seals up properly with no leaks. For the price, it’s a good replacement option and gets the job done. Just be aware that it doesn’t have the same weight or durability as the older-generation Moen models.

Very simple install, maybe 20 minutes after getting the old faucet removed. Looks fantastic. The turbo boost function improves water flow as designed but I can’t see us using the feature. I’m going to have to replace the sink as it’s a cheap, shallow, double well builders grade very thin stainless steel sink. To avoid unwanted spray, I have to pull out more hose while using the spray head because the sink is not deep enough. Certainly not in any way a Moen issue. Good value for the money. Ours is the brushed stainless with their water spot proofing technology.

Love it. Takes a bit of getting used to. I tend to turn it on when fussing around the sink. Great product, looks really nice. Love the pull down for easy sink cleaning. Installing this faucet was easy and quick. I find it’s definitely worth the price tag.

I was looking for a replacement faucet for my partner's kitchen and they were drawn in to this one by the light-up temperature feature. It seemed a bit gimicky, but I went for it because they liked it. The faucet has turned out to be great - so great that I bought one for my house too. The action on the handle is smooth, with a clear distinction between temperature and flow. The total output volume is great and the boost button is super helpful for filling pots & our hot water dispenser. The spray is nice and strong, which makes it useful for cleaning. The temperature light seemed gimicky at first, but it's actually really useful. I didn't realize how often I switch between hot and cold water, and it's great to be able to put your hands in only when it's warm. I also use it for prepping a hot water cup for warming a baby bottle, letting me get the temperature right without needing to get my hands wet. Overall, I'm very happy that both my and my partner's kitchen faucets are now this one.

Very much like this kitchen faucet…. Moen is my preferred brand and this one is every bit as nice as the rest.

Solid faucet. We were debating between moen motion vs Delta touch. Motion sense feature is very practical. Note that when using the feature, it's all or nothing - full flow. If you need less than that, you need to use the handle. Based on our reading, this is a difference compared to other faucets like delta's touch ones where the flow can be adjusted while using the touch sensor. Another key difference if you're debating like we were is that with the motion sensor to the side of the base, expect to wipe up some water around the base. Older models we had seen had a sensor at the top of the arc which allowed use of the sensor while drops would fall into the sink - but no longer available. With deltas touch, you can touch at the top of the arc /anywhere so this wouldn't be a problem. Still happy with our choice but important differences we discovered between the 2 offerings.

We are very please with the quality of this faucet. Good controls for types of spray and a 'power boost' really does increase the flow of water at our kitchen sink. It also was a very good price

I love the hands free feature of this kitchen tap. I think I love this item the most out of my brand new renovated kitchen. I did not think I would use it as much as I do, not I just need a refrigerator that open the doors automatically so my dirty hands aren’t touching the handles.

This is a very functional and good looking faucet. Has been installed for approx 6 months and no issues to report. Very happy with this purchase!
