Quick, easy, no cooking necessary
Good stuff, and very easy to prepare. What I like especially about couscous vs pasta is you can add cold or room temperature water and seasonings and just let it soak for 10-15 minutes, depending on how patient you are - no heat necessary! FYI, dried onions, peppers, mushrooms, etc. take longer to rehydrate than couscous, so if you make it without cooking I'd recommend putting them in first and waiting until they're soft before adding the couscous. Total time with dehydrated vegetables is about 30 minutes, slightly more if the water is icy cold.

Very tasty
Good quality couscous. The taste and texture is very good. Cooks up in just 5 minutes. I highly recommend this product.

good value
Product is not really about "taste' as it is inherently plain, but the price was good compared to stores around me and I loved the resealable jars versus having boxes of product or worse yet bags. Would buy again if it were priced similarly.

Awesome
My daughter has loved couscous for a long time now and it was ridiculous having to buy the small boxes all the time so finding these bigger containers was awesome. They cook and taste great takes only about 5 mins to cook we love it! The kids are easy to get on and off and keep the couscous sealed great!

A Quality Product with a Good Price
I'm in So. California, the only couscous I can find costs nearly $3.00 per box that comes with a very salty packet of dried herbs. It's pretty disgusting. I love that this couscous is just quality made tiny pasta. To which, I add fresh tomatoes, fresh herbs, olives and Feta cheese. I will keep ordering this product.

Easy and quick to make!
I eat couscous almost daily and this is a staple into my pantry. I’ve tried many brands and this one is one of my favorites. It’s very easy to make - warm up the water, add to the couscous and pop it in the microwave for 3 minutes and 30 seconds. Fluff with a fork and enjoy!

Love couscous
This is a good brand. A little pricey but easy to make and enjoyable. I typically put a small tomato diced fine and a couple green onions diced fine in after its finished cooking.

quick easy pasta, but this batch not as fresh
I use this couscous in many different ways, most often mixed in with steamed, roasted or poached vegetables, because it more easily absorbs the flavors of sauces and vegetables than other kinds of pasta. Best of all it cooks in only a few minutes. I've been buying this brand for years, but when my most recent order was delivered I noticed it had no "best by" or "use by" date and the color of the couscous was kind of gray instead of golden. It's probably still okay to eat, but not as appetizing. I suspect that they're running low and selling couscous that might have been sitting in some warehouse for a long time.
