Fit my old GRIZZLY SAW
Fitted my 32 year old Grizzly saw. Had to modified it to fit the splitter.

Good insert, a little work, though.
Like a previous reviewer, I have a vintage Grizzly G1022SM Table Saw that was rapidly upgraded to the "Z" version with cast iron wings and updated fence. Since getting parts for it is impossible, I take extremely good care of the saw. I just finished a complete tear-down, removing the trunion and cleaning, inspecting and re-packing the bearings. Reassembled and aligned with care, still working fine. I'm doing some laminate work, and needed a zero-clearance insert. This one measured out correctly, and I placed the order. Upon arrival, I compared it to the existing insert, and found that it was too wide and too long, but not by much. Thankfully, having a well equipped shop, I used a bench top disc/belt sander to take the nubs on the right side completely off, and take about 1/16" off the front to get a snug fit. The nub on the back had to have about half the size filed off so it would sit under the table and adjust properly. Of course, taking that much off the front, I had to re-countersink the adjusting screw threads to get the adjusting screw to flush up with the insert. OK, now we're ready. The insert performs as advertised, with an every so slight hump up towards the middle of the insert, which I"m not worried about. As long as it keeps scraps from getting between the blade and the insert, I'm fine with it. One last thing I did. I removed the adjusting screws from the insert, and placed a drop of hot-melt glue into the threads. I immediately used compressed air to blow out the hot-melt glue, leaving a fine coating of glue on the threads. The adjusting screws now lock into place, and it takes a bit of effort to move them again. Just what I wanted. Works perfectly now, in and out with no adjustments required. If you have a decently outfitted shop, you can get this to fit and adjust out just fine. Worth the money, and I'll be buying a few more for dado work. Very much recommended if you don't mind a bit of work get sized it properly.

Great zero clearance insert
I have delta contractor saw. This insert fit the opening perfectly. It has adjustment screws in the side and the end to eliminate any slopy in those directions. It also has four screws to level the flat surface of the insert with the table saw surface. When I started to cut the opening in the insert and the insert was level with the table saw top my saw blade was touching the insert and would not rotate because it got stuck in the insert material. What I did was use the four leveling screws to raise the insert so the saw blade could spin freely. That made it easy to raise the blade and cut the slot in the insert for the blade.

Fit perfectly without any 'tuning' required.
Bought this to replace the Craftsman table saw insert (p/n 27509.00), table saw (p/n 152.221240). Dimensions were 13 3/8" x 3 3/4". The replacement color was white vs the red pictured, but the description did say the colors may vary. The only thing that I would note is that in the original insert there was a screw to hold the plate down/in place. In this replacement, the leveling allen screws are in about the same location as the (retaining) screw was, so you cannot simply drill an extra hole to add that retainer screw. I may try to fashion something, but the piece weighs enough that I don't think it is necessary. The leveling screws worked very well. It was quickly shipped - I was able to install it in less than 30 minutes. Overall, I was VERY pleased to find this replacement and impressed with the fit & quality. I'm considering to purchase a second and cut it wide enough for dado blade.

Excellent Zero clearance insert
Used this on an older Craftsman Delta table saw. Worked great to replace the original metal insert plate that vibrated badly, clanked and made noise. Even with allen screw adjustments fixed the plate still vibrated. This plastic insert works great doesn't vibrate around like the old metal insert and was easy to mount the MICROJIG GRR-RIPPER SP-2TK Mj Splitter Steelpro Tk. This was a great setup to eliminate the old Style riving knife affixed to top of saw table. Both of these really tuned my table saw and helped to true the blade angle with reference to the fence, enabling better straight cuts creating square dimensional lumber.

Perfect Fit on Delta 34-444
Glad to have finally found a good insert for my Delta 34-444. It's worth picking up a few of these! Zero-clearance, dado plates, etc.. are all quick to make. Good snug fit once adjusted. You can easily make these yourself, but it's hard to beat the quality & adjustability of these for the price. I don't love that it's a plastic material rather than wood, because it heats up your blade. No biggie - Rise up slowly and consider taking a couple stops to cool the blade if you're making one for a large dado stack.

Peachtree is great...but not this time
I have had good luck with Peachtree products, but not this time. The insert technically fits, sort of, but the fit is very sloppy. If I had to guess the template used to make these is worn and no longer the ideal size. Or maybe they try to make a single insert that fits too many different saws that are similar. I have used Leecraft in the past with no issues. The overall length is the biggest issue for me, it's a full 1/16 shorter than indicated in the description. The adjustment screw can take up the slack, but you are left with a 1/16 gap on the front end of the insert. I was hoping for better from PTree, but they failed this time around. The width is almost good, but it's slightly narrower at one end than the other. I'm returning it and trying Leecraft instead.
