Carhartt quality that we all expect. Fits true to size. Looks great. I like it so much I bought a second pair.

Super comfortable and durable! This is my second pair of work shorts, It's nice to have a cell phone pocket that actually fits your cell.

The ok quality you expect from Carhartt. These Carhartt men's record flex Rigby shorts are okay quality, easy to maintain and wash, have plenty of pockets including one for my cell phone, lightweight the heavy duty enough to withstand extreme conditions. The one exception on quality would be the zippers Carhartt still has issues with the quality of the zippers that they use. I am giving this four stars because of the issues with the zippers and because the value for money is not quite there. These are okay quality shorts but definitely not worth the price they keep on asking for them. Don't get me wrong I absolutely love these shorts and have multiple pairs of them but Carhartt Can and Should be doing better.

These are my favorite simple go-to work shorts, by far. They also easily double as casual shorts that could be worn to any nice outing. Canvas material feels great, and actually got softer after the first wash. Length and cut both feel great at size 34 on a 6'7" 200lbs man. Carhartt products are expensive, often too pricey for what they are if you ask me, but I've yet to find a product of theirs I didn't like, and these are the best 4/5-pocket work shorts I've ever bought.

My third pair. Like the fit and can't live without the phone pocket. Color fades somewhat quickly.

These appear to be the same material and construction as the Carhartts that I've worn for nearly 10 years and can't wear out but finally outgrew them. The material is tough but they're nice enough to wear out to casual dinner, etc. There are plenty of belt loops. The phone pocket accommodates my big iPhone 12+. I take 'em out of the dryer warm and smooth 'em out and wrinkles are not a problem. I'm 6'3" 260 lbs and wear pants below my belly and the Relaxed Fit is good for me. The Loose Fit didn't work for me.

All I wear are Carhartt shorts during the summer but this pair has a small belt loop on the front two sides so I can’t wear my belt that I wear all the time with every other pair of shorts and jeans I wear. I don’t understand why they would put smaller belt loops on this pair of Carhartt shorts but unless this is the only type of shorts that have these small belt loops I will stop buying Carhartt shorts because I’m not going to change belts for these shorts I’ll buy different shorts instead
