I do not usually use templates, but to increase speed and accuracy, this tool is useful

The very first line of the description, as of 2/21/23 is: "Made from thick plastic and features six sizes of rectangles". Well, not true. This is six sizes of squares. The one provided image is also orientated to appear as rectangles (despite that if you do pay attention, unlike me, the stencil it is printed with the word 'Squares' on top). The piece is decently sturdy and I'll find use for it in my planner, but I'm still on the hunt for rectangles!
