Love that the toy is collapsible for easy storage. Fun music when you press button. Only downfall is you get 1 truck with the product (Chase) so you have to purchase the other 5 trucks. Made with great quality and durable. Very little assembly, which is nice!

Grandkids loved it. Reminder it only comes with Chase truck, which it clearly states. We bought all of the other trucks to go with it separately. Totally worth it.

I really wish we didn't have to keep getting every new Paw Patrol hq they keep coming up with (ultimate parent scam) but here we are. The Big Truck HQ is HUGE and over 3 feet wide. It is a pain to unpack from the bix and assembly takes time. There was a lot of swear from hubby as the kiddo stood there not patiently waiting. Never again! To make it worse, it comes with a Chase Big Truck that actually is smaller than the add ons for the other pups and does nothing, so you end up having to spring for the matching Chase that is an additional $15 (each Pup's Big Truck is $15ish) so plan on buying the HQ for around $60 plus 6 more trucks at $15+ each to complete the set.

This toy was pretty easy to build and has great features. The pull outs are easy enough for my 3 year old to use and the sound quality works great.

My 5 year old grandson has played with this non stop since receiving. It met all of his expectations!

As a follow up, the company has reached out again and offered a different PP toy to replace this one. It’s not ideal but I’m thankful for the option. I was SO excited to get this for my son's 4th birthday. It was on sale for $50 in April, so I've been hiding it since then for his October birthday. Between this and all of the cars (the chase one that comes with it is crap, get the add-on one), $140 for a birthday gift is a huge deal for me to figure out. Imagine my surprise when the second time he opened and closed it on his birthday, the gear inside snapped. Imagine my surprise again when the manufacturer won't replace the part because it was manufactured "a while ago." What? My fridge was also manufactured a while ago but I'm still able to buy a new part! So I have a very sad little boy whose brand new $140 toy doesn't work the way it's supposed to and I certainly can't buy a whole new one. Such a bummer. I wish I'd have realized this was an "old" toy and skipped it altogether.

I bought it for my 3 yr old granddaughter for Christmas & it was a definite hit! I was very surprised how big it was once assembled. It's actually large enough she & her 2 yr old sister can play with it with minimal fighting lol. My husband & I put it together Christmas Eve and it only took us about 20 minutes. The hardest part was putting the decals on and getting them straight. If you have a kiddo that's into Paw Patrol I would highly recommend these!

I love the toy and so does my son. But its hard to store in his room. But other than that it's a great toy.

It’s amazing

Cheap poor quality plastic which feels like it won’t last long. The Chase truck that comes with it isn’t even the proper transforming type. So you need to buy all 6 trucks separately at another exorbitant Paw Patrol price. I have no objection to spending money on quality toys; but these Paw Patrol toys really are rubbish that would cost 10% of the price if they weren’t branded and marketed to young kids
