A great dock that solved a lot of my issues with multiple extended monitors thanks to the thunderbolt option, along with the fallback to display link. It feels heavy and solid, and has generally enough ports. The only thing it's lacking is a headphone/speaker output, but many people now just output audio via HDMI or even USB, and speakers often have bluetooth input, so it wasn't a deciding factor during purchase!

Great dock. Not sure why others had problems. I had an issue where I ordered the G4 and received a different dock, but amazon made it right.
