Metabo HPT Impact Driver Bit Set (60-Piece)

I bought the Metabo 60 piece bit set to go with my Metabo driver and I’m very happy with the bits. They work well and last long. Other reviewers have noted that the small bits are very hard to remove and I have the same problem. But I carry a pair of pliers to remove them and I can put them back in by hand. I ended up removing the outer case of the bit set and securing the two halves of the case with a rubber band, so I can fit it in the bit compartment of my driver hard case. It “just” closes that way. There is a bit of a gap still, but it works and I can keep everything together. So overall, I’m very pleased with the quality, durability and functionality of this set.

Excellent Metabo product.

I have a number of drill toolbit sets. I'm a bit of a junkie and I buy more than I need and this is one of the nicest setups I have. I can't tell you how many of these tool sets have little bits that fall out while you are transporting them, and when you open the box, all those little bits go everywhere. I have only had the Mataebo version for a little while, but I could tell when I was looking at it that it was going to be less likely for the bits to fall out while they are being jostled around in a drill bag. I like the fit and feel of the case as well. It's small enough and has rounded edges, which are easier to put in a bag that's got too much stuff in it already. If somehow this thing falls apart on me or the magnets "turn off" (LOL) or something like that, I will come back and change my review. Until then, I'm very happy.

Stiff brittle plastic bit holders are not good will break easily in cold weather

Bought this to go with the impact drill. Feel its a little over priced, but had no problems with it. They held up with the job I was doing. Don't like how they clip in, as you have to force them downwards. Most the time on those types you can slide them in from the front. It didn't brake or anything, just feel it might cause the plastic holder to wear out over time.

Just throw away the box and keep everything in a pouch or find a different box. You need pliers for most of the items if you want to remove the bits. I’m really surprised that a company like Metabo that makes good quality bits would use such a garbage box. Never see anything this bad.

Meets all my beginner needs. Only thing is lots of screws come with bits. Sometimes the free bits are not as good as these. I like that these bits with green trim are easy to see when I drop them. They are great quality and work well in my Metabo and DeWalt drivers.

Case is bad Product material is super cheap and without trying it i can tell it would break within the first use .

Received item in good working condition without delay.
