I have an autoimmune disorder and had both a vitamin B and D deficiency. My levels weren’t increasing much with regular supplements. One doctor thought I may have a “conversion problem” and suggested I try a methylated B complex. MY LEVELS HAVE INCREASED SUBSTANTIALLY taking these when regular B vitamins hadn’t worked!!! I have these on subscription.

I have been buying this brand for my daughter for over three years now! She had a folic acid deficiency so the Dr recommended a pure form of the vitamin. This is the real deal! Her blood results are back to normal and are stable! Yes it's expensive but it's worth it!

Super helpful for individuals suffering from depression. This formula is able to cross the blood brain barrier; therefore, allowing crucial B vitamins to be absorbed into the brain which supports every brain but especially needed in individuals who suffer from depression.

When I opened the bottle, there was an overwhelming and immediate rotten egg smell. Having previously used the B Complex + 5 mg L-Methylfolate from this brand before, I assumed the smell had to do with the increased dosage to 15 mg L-Methylfolate and took a dose anyway. This was a horrible mistake. Later that day I experienced diarrhea and vomiting similar to food poisoning, followed by "sulphur burps" that tasted exactly like the product smelled. This lasted all night. I had not eaten anything unusual that day, so food poisoning is unlikely. I would not recommend this product to anyone and immediately discontinued usage. I will switch to either a lower dose again or a different brand. This was not at all what expected with such high reviews on this product!
