This is an exceptional umbrella. Wow, I was blown away, figuratively, since this windproof canopy worked perfectly. It really was very sturdy and much easier to hold while in the rain and wind. Plus, it has really good coverage. The handle is easy to grip and the shaft is very sturdy. It really is an exceptional umbrella and if you want a full size, ultra well-made umbrella, this is the one for you. I strongly recommend it and I tell you, it's worth buying more than one for everyone in the house.

I walked a mile through a storm with heavy rain and a 50-60 mph wind advisory. It held up well and kept me dry. No damage. This is a large umbrella and it took both hands to control it. If you are small, it could lift you off the ground in high wind. Note: I saw at least three people with broken umbrellas. It compelled me to write a positive review.

Lost the ability to stay closed on the first day. Now I have to use the Velcro wrapping strips to keep it closed. Otherwise it is fine.

I live in the Pacific Northwest, needless to say we.get alot of rain and wind. I researched umbrellas for hours and decided on this one. The picture showed metal skeleton. All 5 stars. I was stoked to get a good umbrella. It came with an all plastic skeleton. 3 of the ribs were broken when I opened it. Sending it back tomorrow. I'll update when I see how I'm treated.

Wow, I didn't expect this much of a quality. When it comes to umbrellas we are used to the cheap ones you can buy anywhere, but if you want quality, this is definitely your best choice.

Spindles keep coming off making the umbrella useless when you need it most! You have to glue the tips so that they can stay attached to the canopy...

Hate the cheap foam handle. Other than that it's been a great umbrella.

This umbrella was a gift for someone who works downtown Chicago. He needs one that can withstand some of those winds. It's a very big umbrella, probably bigger than he needed. It is yet to be determined if it will withstand the Windy City because it's winter. We will know better in the spring! Seems strong.
