I believe this product could only be recommended to those with BOTH extremely thick girth and very large balls, with further benefits to those who have taken ample time to proficiently stretch their scrotum. If your girth is under 6.5" and you have never done any ball stretching before, I think this item may cause frustration as the bigger rings will probably feel too loose and the arrangement of the individual ball rings could pose a serious challenge to maintaining a comfortable and lasting experience. With that being said: For reference, my measurements are about 9.5" x 7.5", with the Width x Depth x Height of each testicle measuring about 2" x 2" x 3.5". This is a very good product.
