The mask does what it is designed to do. It restricts air flow, I'm not sure if this has any real benefit for training. The front seal okay on bearded face but I'll say that when I sweat I find the mask slides down and I need to push it back into place.

My masked arrived in two days like the merchant said it would. I like this mask and the way it looks, I really do, but that's not why I purchased it. I purchased this mask to upgrade from the 2.0 version, and continue building my endurance in the gym. However, that has all become a secondary task, and now my primary task it readjusting this mask every second. I like that I don't have to change valves to achieve maximum resistance to my lung, however, the straps are so soft and weak and I always feel the mask trying to leave my face. Even though I am going to keep this mask, I will alternate back and forth between the 3.0 and the 2.0, until they make the 3.0 with better straps.

The only plus I can think of is that this may be cosmetically more appealing than its predecessor. Other than that its a glorified whistle! Totally disappointing purchase and returning it seemed a bit unhygienic (wouldn't want to wear anyones returned mask).Bottom line unless you want this for a halloween party, I would never buy this!

Comfortable, but the mask can get hot during a workout. The air restriction works and makes the lungs work harder. This is adjustable. People look at the mask as if its just a cool covid mask, but its for cardio not covid.

Its so simple but works so well when you work out out with this then take it off you get a rush of air and it just clears your brain. You dont even have to work out if you just want to train your lungs just wear around the house just dont sleep with it on.
