Great replacement

I ordered this to charge my MyZone. It works as it should and came as ordered.

I've had a Myzone belt for 5 years it tracks my heart rate, calories burned, and assigns an amount of MEPS that contribute to a grand total of a goal per month in physical activity. Myzone belt can be worn at certain gems and often does competitions and prizes. So it was important to me to have the right charger. This charger works well and efficient with my belt and the charge holds up to a month if you're using it daily. Came very quickly. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Works well to charge MyZone MZ-Heart monitor. Does what it says it will do. No issues or any problems. I would recommend this product.

I’ve been trying to get a hold of Myzone support for 2 1/2 weeks. No one responds. Or I get an AI response that says “we are here to lend a hand“ and the contents of the message will indicate that there was a previous message that was sent to me and there was not. Then it states that it will close my case in three days if I don’t respond. I have three Myzone switches, one of which is my daughters that I just borrowed so that I wouldn’t lose my status, and now all three of them do not work. The only common denominator are these charging cables. However, nobody will respond to me so that I can get my Myzone® fixed. That is something like $450 worth of merchandise that is now busted and nobody will respond and get back to their customers. I have been a customer for over five years, however, I think it’s time to find a new heart rate monitoring system that has an actual customer support team that is willing to assist their customers.

It does what it is intended for... to charge a Myzone Switch. Perfect replacement if your originally charger is faulty.

Like my MZ-switch, my first disintegrated, and then the MZ-Switch batteries failed. Poor quality batteries and components. My MZ1 then MZ 3 then Switch all died, while I still have my original Garmin. It is a pity my Gym uses the system, which is a great idea, but cheaply implemented.
