Still reliably the same over time!
Bought for my son for freshman year of high school. He is still using it 1 1/2 years later. Honestly, it seems like the same calculator. I had to use back when I was in high school. Damn near operates the exact same way. I am a little curious as to why nobody has developed an app for this. But then again we don’t want devices in the classroom. Great product!

Great calculator
I bought this calculator for my daughter as she started college in mechanical engineering. She used the same model owned by the school when she was in high school so there was no learning curve for her. It's an awesome graphing calculator with the ability to install add-on apps from the website. There are two models available, each with a different programming language (BASIC and Python), so double check if one is preferred over the other before you buy.

Has everything you need
This calculator has everything I need. I didn't use it as much as I thought I would but when I did, it was a good experience. I still think the price is a little too high but you get what you need with this one. I don't really like the charger it comes with because i've never seen it before so it's hard to find another one if you lose it. Now that im in precalculus, these have been very useful

Grey color darker than expected
Not sure about how it operates as I may send this TI-84 Plus CE back. The black color is the least expensive and any color choice after black will cost a little more. I thought the grey background would be lighter in color. Can't go wrong with Texas Instruments, all previous products have been great!
