I bought these for my sunbeam dehydrator so that I can dehydrate my cookies as flat as possible. The sunbeam plastic trays are very uneven so these are just what I needed. If using these for cookies, make sure you move the cookie away from the edge so as not to bump your fresh Royal icing.

This item is perfect. I have been waiting so long for stainless steel trays that fit my dehydrator. As soon as I got them I made 10 lb of jerky. None of the jerky stuck to the stainless steel no oil was involved and the trays were so easy to clean. I would give it a 10 star review if that was an option.

Durability is great. Easy to clean. Easy to use. They are flexible so they need to be on tray to move with product on them. No weird smell.

These 3 Edge Fruit Leather Silicone Dehydrator Sheets do a great job when it comes to making fruit leather — the non-stick surface really helps with easy removal, and they hold up well in the dehydrator. My only gripe is that they can be a bit hard to clean afterward, especially if some fruit residue gets stuck in the edges. With a little extra effort, though, they come out clean and ready for the next use. Overall, solid quality and definitely worth it if you make fruit leather often!

These sil mats for dehydrating liquids have been great! I was concerned with them arriving with a potential chemical smell as some reviewers mentioned. Mine arrived with a very minor, "new product" smell, but nothing extreme. I gave them a short soak in hot water, baking soda, and white vinegar before using them the same day. I'm happy with the quality. The silicone is thick and consistent when held up to a light. The edges are rigid and just tall enough for making fruit leathers and dehydrating gravy, bone broth (so far). The bottom is not rigid enough to be self-supporting with a liquid on it; you'll still want to place a solid tray underneath. These are easy to clean post-use, either by hand washing or dishwasher. Mine have not held onto any residual smells as associated with what they were last uses for.
