This pet dryer is so much better than most others out there. Most dryers, including ones I've purchased tend to over heat and can burn your pets skin. Which in my opinion makes them useless. This dryers heat is controlled by computer chip and so far works perfectly, it's the only one I've found that the heating element works. This dryer is also about twice as quiet as most others and has a two stage filter system to keep out debris and hair. The filters are super easy to change or clean. The filter cover in back is held by a strong earth magnet so all you do is pull it off, twist the back and it comes apart, it takes about 10 seconds to remove the filter. Very smart design. The dryer also looks modern instead of something that looks like it was designed in the 1970's as most do. The motor is very powerful and blows a large volume of air which is adjustable. Overall the unit is lightweight compared to other dryers. For whatever it's worth, I would recommend this for anyone who grooms their own pets. I did a lot of research and even returned another brand till I found this one. It's worth every penny.

I never write reviews, but wanted to help out the pet parents out there with pets, dogs and cats who hate the loud, hot hair dryer that takes forever. I adopted two puppies and all it does is rain, and it’s spring, aka mud season. This dryer is awesome! It’s quiet, you can regulate the heat, and the wind speed. My puppies are getting use to the windy area I live in so I can go 25-35 on the setting but not for their face, they like 6-8. It’s warm and just enough to get them dry with in minutes. This is the best purchase I have made for drying my pets, cats too.. in a short time. So much quieter than a hair dryer, and much faster. I wish I had bought this year ago! Well worth the money. The puppies even enjoy the warm breeze and don’t get scared from the noise or heat. Defiantly try it! I found it much quieter and faster than a hair dryer. It’s a big unit but just try it, it’s great!

4 stars for now after first use. Will update after a few more uses. Well packed and well built unit. Nice design and details. A bit finicky on the plastic removable parts. Gotta be careful not to break anything. As for the drying function, my 6 month Pomeranian was completely dry in 30 minutes. No frizzy coat, very smooth and silky. She was a bit wary at first but she ended up enjoying it. The Cozy Dry program was 90 minutes but she was done in 30. She’s a 7 lb doggie. I let her become familiar with it by putting toys inside and let her play in and out for a whole day, before even turning it on. Patience is key to avoid negative emotions. Very pleased so far. Let’s see how it holds up after a while.

I recently purchased the Homerunpet Drybo Plus Automatic Pet Dryer for my cat, Pi-Dan, as well as my other three cats, Xin-xin, Wa-wa, and Hei-hei. While it serves its purpose and all my cats can use it, there are a few downsides to consider. The overall quality of the dryer is decent, providing adequate drying for my cats' fur. However, one major drawback is the noise level, which can be quite bothersome. Additionally, the drying process takes longer than expected, which can be a bit inconvenient when trying to dry out the pets efficiently. Another issue I encountered is with the side windows lock, which proved to be not strong enough. My cat Pi-Dan managed to escape multiple times, causing some inconvenience and concern. It would be beneficial if the lock system were more secure to prevent such incidents. On the positive side, the dryer is suitable for multiple pets, accommodating both cats and small dogs. It is user-friendly and easy to operate, making the drying process straightforward. In conclusion, it's a decent product and serve the purpose, but with those downsides, the price is the big issue for it. Too expensive!

Starting with the pros: it seems like a well constructed box. The dryers worked well, the heating also worked as expected. It’s a little tricky to change settings, but the default drying options were reasonable. It was effective at drying my long-haired cats after a bath. One of my cats is quite large and was still able to fit inside with room to turn around. It also was significantly quieter than expected, which was nice. There was only one problem I had with this box and it was that my cats did not like it at all and spent the whole time trying to escape. I don’t know what the fix is other than maybe a bigger box. I would recommend this if your cat doesn’t mind confinement, or if you have young cats or kittens who can get used to it.

I have a small Cavapoo who goes to the groomer every 4 weeks. He’s a pampered pup, but we want to make sure he doesn’t develop any mats, and since we keep his cut a bit longer and fluffy like a teddy bear, he can get dirty quickly depending on weather. In between his grooming sessions, we bathe him at the halfway mark just to freshen him up. I have used my hair dryer and he hates the loud noise. I purchased a small handheld dryer for pets marketed to be quieter and quicker than a hair dryer, and it failed both. Needless to say, I was skeptical about this one especially with the bigger price tag. During the Amazon deal days, there was a sale so I figured let’s just try it. It has 3 different nozzles, but I use the one for whole body and targeted drying. It is so much quieter than any other dryer I have used, and with the long hose, you could easily put it in another room and shut the door just a bit to make it even quieter. It works quickly to dry my dog in probably half the time my hair dryer did, and the targeted drying nozzle did a much better job with the paws. The only thing I would note is there was an obvious plastic smell during the first use. It went away after being on for about 5 minutes, so it wasn’t awful enough to merit taking off a star. Definitely worth the money and my pampered pooch is much happier!
