Works wonderful for sound foam squares, better than sticky strips or gluing onto cardboard.
PROS: 1) Fantastic for hanging foam squares. 2) You can hang other lightweight objects from them over the foam squares, or without the foam squares. 3) Incredibly affordable alternative to those Command Strips (sticky strips for hanging objects). 4) If bent, relatively easy to bend back. CONS: 1) While they're not entirely intended to be hammered, it's something to be mindful of when using it for the purpose we did; these will likely bend. Still useable but will bend. This turned out to be an incredibly amazing alternative. I regret not going this route sooner. They're easy to put in, easy to pull out, and the holes from them were small enough that if you rent and deal with a landlord that will nitpick, a finger tip's worth of spackle will easily hide it. We bought these to hang our sound foam squares as we couldn't find anything long enough that didn't require drilling that wouldn't fall off. We originally used those sticky things you often see used for hooks and lightweight frames, then tried gluing the foam with gorilla glue spray. For various reasons beyond our control, those ended up failing and the cost was racking up quick on those. These are also great if you want to hang something lightweight in front of the foam or just lightweight objects in general. In front of our foam squares, we hunt a flag off of these on each side of the room. They're typical flags that you can get off of here that are quite thin that I'm sure weights less than the foam squares. Used a rubber mallet like those used for tapping in vinyl flooring during installation. A few of these bent, despite light tapping, but overall, they still went in and held. They are easy to bend back but once bent, they would bend again when we tried re-using it for the same thing. These are the only flaw, but we know it's not used for this so we don't see it as a fair complaint, in as much as a warning to others to be mindful of if they use it for the same purpose.

Durable, extremely useful, tough as nails
These T Pins work great when pinning horse blankets for repairs, and sewing over them on an industrial sewing machine, works too, they don't bend like other pins. The 2 inch size is perfect, good price.

Used these to Place Acoustic Foam in my Recording Studio
These worked great for placing acoustic foam in my recording studio. I found the 2" was needed for durability and length to go through the foam into the walls. The 1 1/2 T-pis were to thin, feeble, and short to work, so these got the job done for me.

Good buy.
Just what I needed - this kind of pin is easy to use, and easy to hold, with my art projects. They are sharp and sturdy even though thin. Good value.

Great size lots of uses 😆
I'm the girl who thinks outside the box 📦 🤣 Yes these would be fabulous for sewing which is what they are actually for. As you can see from my pics I have used them for holding up solar lights. I tapped them with a hammer into firewood to hold them up. Also on our fence. They do bend if you hit them to hard. Also easy to straighten back out and try again 😆 I also use them to hold the bug guard mesh screen stuff into the ground. They are very sturdy, come in a little plastic case so they aren't loose or in a bag to poke threw. They are sharp. Great value for your money. Easy to use however you choose. Great little performers.
