I had some swelling in my knees, and after a 30 minute session the swelling was gone! Use consistently on a regular basis to maintain optimal, toxin removal. Be sure to only use Himalayan salt! You should also buy extra arrays, Himalayan, salt, foot bath, tubs, array cleaner and plastic liners. They are not included in the package. Also, there were very minimal instructions or information. Prior experience with an ionizer machine is extremely helpful!

This foot soak has done wonders for my husband and I. We use it once a week to detox. Haven’t had to use the tens unit or heating pad yet. The only draw back is I wish it had better instructions about the different modes. Would buy again!

Very hard to use. Makes a big mess

This does a great job but the wrist band stings for some reason!! It only stings with some people and some say they don't feel it. Good product.

Useful. The detox is necesario forvthe cleasing

It's wonderful but would be nice to be able to purchase extra parts such as an infrared belt and tens plates for each family member. The infrared belt gets sweaty and the tens plates stick to your skin. So we don't want to share these items. And can you post a video where someone is talking and explaining how to use it? It was confusing at first but we finally figured it out.

Awesome works great. Use it every time my husband is pain sometimes 3 times a day . Works like a charm. Now I can do it once every 3 days.

Edit: I did try the machine and it was great. I wish there was a better manual. I actually haven’t tried the machine yet but I was disappointed to find out the arrays that fit 90% of the machines do not fit in this unit. The plug for array is different and was difficult to find replacements.
