KLEENGUARD V30 Nemesis Polarized Safety Glasses (28637), Polarized Brown Lenses, Brown Frame

I hate spending a lot of money on glasses just to have the lenses get scratched and be useless to me so I have found that wearing glasses that are safety rated helps out in durability. The problem is I also like having polarized glasses, especially for driving to reduce the glare. I have found that these glasses are quite comfortable to wear and the lenses are extremely clear. The polarization has proved to be quite good as well. I plan on ordering more of these glasses for tasks such as working outside like trimming the grass, using the edger, and cutting grass. I will also use them in the shop for eye protection as they provide enough relief from the sun, but not so much darkness as to negate their usefulness indoors. They really shine when driving though, as they are light and comfortable, as well as very clear. For the price I plan to buy several and be able to use them as gifts as well. As to the durability long term of these glasses, I will update my review in the future. I hope that this was helpful.

I have a female who does a lot of fishing. The polarized lenses are amazing for seeing fish in the water from the bank or in a boat. The wraparound design is also nice as it keeps my contacts from drying out too badly and if I were to accidentally flip a line back and have a lure or hook hit me in the face, these are also safety glasses. They aren't the most stylish for a lady, however if you're an avid fisherman or fisherwoman these are like x-ray vision into the water!!! My boyfriend is a lineman and he gets these regular from work, gifted me a pair of these last summer and I wore them all the time, until I lost that pair and can't find them, this is only reason I ordered to replace them. They stay on your face exactly where you put them with rubberized nose pads and they are actually fairly scratch resistant. The strings that attach to the glasses keep them on your face so they don't blow off into the lake and become lost. LOVE NEMESIS!!!

I use these daily in my pressure washing business. I really wanted a pair of polarized safety sunglasses to cut the glare from wet driveways that happens in the late afternoon here in FL. I was quite surprised by the quality given the low price (although I just reordered them and they've gone up 20% - that seems to happen a lot on Amazon!) The only thing I don't like that much about them is how the arms fold up, as it makes them hard to put into your pocket and they don't fit into any cases for regular-design glasses. However this is a minor point to me as they are so nice otherwise. These are very thick lenses and I find the brown color perfect for me. One other caution - I left them on my truck dash for a week while out of town and the soft plastic nose pads melted under the FL sun in June. I can still wear them but I wish I could just order new nose pads instead of a new pair of glasses.

I waited a while to review this. The lenses are very good. the glasses are fairly light, they are comfortable for driving. Sadly they are mostly worthless as safety glasses. I wanted something yard work. They kept falling off. I have a large head and they just don't stay on. I tried leaving them bent, even too the lenses out and tried a heat gun, Even with them bent in they will not stay on. They come with a strap but that doesn't keep them in place either. If they did fit they would be a 3.5 star product, the lenses are good but not the best and the plastic is very cheap and will surely break in no time. I removed 2 stars because they don't fit and rounded down because people tend to read the 1 star reviews first. I guess I could return them and try a medium but honestly I have enough glasses and maybe I will meet a giant someday that will want them.

Great upgrade from the standard junk glasses provided at work. I have gotten to like the brown tint on my regular sunglasses, and will be nice for my safety glasses as well. The polarization will be great for a long day on the work-deck of a vessel on the water. Initial impressions are good. Update 4-24-17: really liked.... (past tense) the glasses. Very good for industrial work offshore in bright sunlight. Problem like others mentioned is the nose pieces fell off making them intolerable to wear. Can not find replacement nose pads and no response from maker on any way to fix. As much as I like them the nose pad issue screws up what should be a great set of safety glasses. Update 6-1-17: Update 2 - after reading more and more comments / complaints on Amazon here, I decided to contact the manufacturer. Wasn't all that easy, but did find them. Contacted their customer service with a "hey, like your product but, you should know" type e-mail. They responded quickly with replacement nose pads. Good polarization for fishing

These were great glasses that I enjoyed and were great for fishing ,but the six pair that I have bought over the past couple of years the nosepiece comes off and mostly can't be reused again. Now my lenses are popping out on my last two pair ,it really is too bad because they are super comfortable and look good ,I just can't keep buying something that is going to break after a short time

They are really good safety glasses; They prevented me from having small pieces of the windscreen glass penetrating directly into my eyeballs after a strong and almost explosive impact of another vehicle right into mine. Otherwise, I could have been visually handicapped and probably blind. I could not recommend them any better. They did a great job as real safety glasses. Thank you.
