Beautiful, Tons of Room, and Collapsible!
Turns out I am really picky when it comes to drying racks! Who knew. We have been using my fiancés old drying rack for years now; it was ugly, rusting, and wobbly so almost anything would have been an improvement right? But looking at different drying racks they either didn't have enough space up top, the space between the wires were too big, or they were just ugly. This rack not only looks nice living on our counter, but I also love the space on both levels. This was really important to us as we have a lot of cups that aren't dishwasher safe (water bottles, coffee tumblers, and beer glasses) and the bottom is tall enough for most of our drink wear. We also do a lot of cooking in our instapot/airfryer and the pot and basket rits really nice up top. It also is collapsible if we ever want to tuck it away in a cabinet! My only wants from this rack is I do wish the silverware basket was bigger, and had a bottom try to catch water. But in the gran scheme it has not bothered me yet so I will still give this 5 stars!

This is very easy to use.
I wasn't sure that this would work for me, as it didn't look very compact. When I took it out of the box I set it on the counter next to my sink. I didn't use the 2 level capability. I have maybe 6-10 items that i hand wash on a daily bases, so just using it just as it comes out of the box. I do some addition hand washing sometimes, so I will use "the second story", as my husband calls it. I can store this under my sink with just a little bit of reorganizing. It is very handing as I can take it out, use it and then just put under the sink and my counters are clean.

Perfection
Beautiful and very functional addition to our renovated kitchen. Very sturdy item, and holds a good amount. I attached the utensil basket to the side closest to the sink so that it drips into the sink no problem. Only con with this item is that the cup holders don’t drain into the catch-all mat and drip onto the counter. But I can deal with that. Not a huge deal. I definitely recommend this item!

Very large when opened
Drainer is good quality, hard to open to full height. Does hold a lot when needed, easier to close down then lifting to full height.

Sturdy Yet Collapsible
I’ve been really happy with this purchase so far. I do put it away when it’s not in use and I have to agree with some of the other reviewers that it is very stiff and tough to maneuver right out of the box. I really wasn’t sure if it was going to be as convenient as I’d hoped. But I dabbed some food grade oil (canola I think, but you could probably use any cooking oil) all around each of the joints and moved them around a bit to distribute the oil. After a few days it was definitely easier to fold and unfold yet still sturdy enough to not collapse when fully loaded with dishes. Yes, it’d be nice if they dialed down the stiffness a bit but overall I’d say this one’s a keeper.

Clumsy and Takes too much space
On the plus side, the drainer is sturdy. The draining set up is nice. The glasses holder is nice except that it drains over the cupboard instead of the drain tray. The silverware holder does the same thing, and it is too small. I got the drainer thinking it would be the perfect solution for my small apartment. However, it takes up a lot of space, even when collapsed and it heavier than others and takes too much room to store. I find that you really can't add any more dishes than you could if using a regular drainer. It is not hard to set up, but it is annoying and slow. I regret the purchase because of these reasons and it costs considerably more than standard drainers.

Extremely easy to assemble
This dish drainer is one of a kind. I really like it. It changed the game for us as a family. It seems to take up less space on the counter and it’s got a very large capacity for dishes. Also, we have hard water, so the spout is great because the water never sits, never has time to calcify on the plastic. I 1000% recommended this product.

Great for dishes, but even better for keeping CPAP supplies clean!
This metal drying rack is sturdy, tall, and great for drying dishes. We use it for cleaning and sterilizing CPAP supplies. The little felt strap covers fit on the end pieces and the hoses, masks, and liners dry in the drying rack. The metal construction is easy to keep clean and sterile. The bottom tray has a slider for draining it or holding water in it, which is great as I like to keep medical supplies out of the kitchen. Just pull up on both sides to expand and slide on the end pieces for the silverware and accessories. We have two plastic expandable dish holders and this one, but this is my favorite for everyday use. The others are great for storage and travel.
