The first set I ordered, 2 of the glass jars were broken. They weren't packaged very well. Did a return/replacement. The 2nd set arrived in better shape but I'm not sure how because they weren't packaged well either. Anyway, I was very excited to try these out. I put them together, filled them with water and essential oils as directed, and plugged them in. So disappointed. Unless you stick your nose right next to it, you aren't going to smell anything. So I returned them, because they do not work. Just received my credit for the return and a RESTOCKING FEE was deducted. So, they restocked the item that I told them didn't work. Who knows how many times they have done that. You could be the next to receive it!

I'm a Chandler by trade, and thought I'd give these a shot. I tested with a mid grade scent from my line up and did not use water, but a reed diffuser base. I placed 1 in the living room, and one in my daughter's bedroom. The one in the living room I can not smell across the room, minus a slight occasional whiff when the ac kicks in, but the one in my daughter's room, which is more of a confined controlled space, you can after opening the door. Would it work with a more concentrated/stronger oil? I'm on the fence about it, seeing as it risks a potential fire hazard by clogging and drying out the cotton wick because the base can't carry it as well. All in all, the idea is there, the execution on the other hand, unfortunately, is not. Perhaps with a different wick, this could work very well, but, right now, as it is, the product would only be suitable for small or confined spaces.

Arrived on time, packaged well. Where are the assembly instructions? There is a gasket that NO photo shows what to do with. Too much to put a small piece of paper in the box? Disappointed with the level of scent. Not much value for money.
