I have been taking 2 every day for almost 2 months now. And I still have a hand full left. They smell and taste like vitamins but its not overpowered or anything like some. They are extremely easy to swallow. And I can tell that I feel so much better, they definitely have an effect on me because I feel it when I don't take them. The quality is top shelf. As is the effectiveness.
