Works great
I love the Targus brand, I had an older version that stopped working on me after 5 years. I'm not disappointed with this version, works great.

A steal for $80
I got this dock on sale for $79, or else I never would have purchased it. Because of the steep discount, I am giving it a 5 star review. It does exactly what I needed it to do - allow my work-issued M2 MacBook Air to seamlessly connect to my two existing monitors that my little dell latitude had no problem handling on its own. Sure, sometimes you need to turn it off and on to get it to wake up, and sure, the front USB-C port won't work with my MagSafe charger (but does work with USB-C to lightning???), but it absolutely will let you connect to at least 2 external displays, charge your laptop, connect your webcam, etc. all with a single cord. If you find yourself with a beautiful, new, upgraded laptop from work only to be completely defeated when you realize it cannot hook up to your external monitors, buy this little guy (if it's on sale). Trust me when I tell you that this is the best and easiest solution. I tried at least 27 other things, including using an Apple TV hooked up to one monitor and extending my screen to it (which was the only one I can say even worked, but the lag and quality was horrendous).

Great product!! Would choose again!!
After multiple tries with other products, this one did the trick for dual monitors, wireless mouse and keyboard and laptop. Could not be more pleased easy set up, great design and connectivity. I literally have had no issues with the functionality.

Best MacBook dock at a great price
I have tried many usb C docks trying to get to one plug for everything. This is it. In addition to having four USB C ports, it has power delivery , gigabit Ethernet, and dual HDMI via display link. One plug into your laptop and you have a powerful multi monitor setup at half the price of many other products.

Nice docking station but Ethernet is NOT 1Gbps on mine (maybe all?)
Just bought the Targus USB C Docking Station Universal DV4K, USB C Laptop Docking Station Dual Monitor 2 HDMI, With Legacy Host Power Kit, (DOCK182USZ). The initial setup and connections couldn't have been easier. It was totally intuitive. The next day, I thought there was something wrong with my ISP because my internet speeds were down from 500+ Mbps to ~80 Mbps, and sometimes less than that. The wifi on my laptop was faster than the ethernet connection coming through the docking station. I kept trying to troubleshoot what could be wrong with my ISP or with MY home network -- and then I thought to move the Cat6e cable from the Targus docking station to the laptop. Bingo! The speeds were back up to where they should be. That's really weird because the product page here on Amazon claims 1Gbps throughput: "ETHERNET & AUDIO PORTS - If you're looking for a computer docking station for laptops dual monitor, you'll love that this dock also includes 1 Gigabit Ethernet port and 1 3.5mm combo Audio In/Out port" So, I'm not relying on the ethernet connection on the docking station because the docking station is less than two inches from the laptop. It's not a big deal in terms of logistics, but the device is either faulty or the claim is wrong and the docking station actually only supports 100Mbps and not 1Gbps. Bottom line: It's a great docking station with (just enough) USB ports and HDMI/DisplayPort video ports, but if you need 1Gbps ethernet through the docking station, don't count on it.

Good docking station
I used this docking station with my Lenovo Windows 11 laptop. The set up is a bit complicated. It will not work right away, but will require you to download it software for it to work. Fortunately, this popped up under window updates. Besides that, this is a great docking station. It comes with plenty of USB ports and does a great job charging my laptop (I use the USB-C adapter).

The universal Targus USB-C dock works great.
This is a reasonable size and packed with features. The power delivery through the USB-C/Thunderbolt connection is up to 100 watts so it can handle most laptops demanding high power. I'm running two 1080p displays through it and the image is stable for the work being done. I've connected the standard accessories including Ethernet, audio and various USB devices without any issues. This is well worth the price for anyone in need of a dock compatible with most modern laptops.

Disappointed
Lots of ports but it will not recognize my dual monitors. I am unable to move from screen to screen and the screens flash off and on. Would be nice to have an IT to help with troubleshooting. Think there is a bad port. Happened with a previous Targus docking station, it just died without warning.
