It takes 4 weeks to repair after it died in just a month
I usually never write bad reviews, but this purchase really messed up my week. Purchased in June 2022, stopped turning on in August 2022. Called the warranty people, picked up after 2 public holidays went by & they say a technician is available after 4 days. Now I have a dead pc & waiting for a technician to get free, with all my work on hold. Regret this purchase Edit: It's been more than 5 days no technician available. I had saved for this pc & purchased it coz I couldn't afford a new one. This review makes no difference to the seller, but for me I'm left with nothing but feeling cheated. Edit 2: The engineer has requested a replacement. However late, service was good. Awaiting the replacement, let's hope that doesn't disappoint. Edit 3: Took more 4 weeks for it to get repaired. Just hoping it pays off. 1 month of the 6months warranty has gone in this. Edit 4: Stopped working for the 2nd time after just 2 days. This time the technician said there was moisture which somehow got in in just 2 days. Repaired by the same technician. I have no hopes left. I give up. Worst experience i have every had with a product

Product is good. Model name different. Dell wyse instead of optiplex. Working well. Seller try to give original charger.

Nice CPU for the price
The micro pc look very good and functioning nicely thanks for the seller. Recommend this one for minor task needs.. Where ever the small size required....go with the product

Dont buy ...Motherboard Died in 1 month
In less than a month of use .. its motherboard is gone Dont buy it A separate wifi dongle was provided which is 2.4 ghz
