Different people may feel differently with this stuff, but for me it is really great. I can only take one bill or I feel my blood pressure is going to rise. After taking a dose I have great consentration and focus. Can work all day and no problem with any sleeping either, as long as I take this before noon. Not at all like caffine which lifts you up and then drops you later. Best stuff I have tried in a long time. If you take it to late in the day, then I find I will wake up after 6 hours of sleep and am ready to go. The only problem is that later that day I feel tired. Probably because I did not get enough sleep.

Seems to be helping me! I need more time to determine.

This product works even better than Gala’s brand of ginko. I take one every morning and can notice a difference in mental clarity within a week if I stop.

I have been using this supplement for over a month and have seen some success. It is my hope I will see more success in the months ahead. I will say this is the best success I have seen and I have previously tried 3 other kinds of these pills that did not work.

I'd been having memory issues. like where are my keys. Taking 2 of these every night has clear up my mind and short term recall.

I think this has made my mind sharp and focused (concentration) like when I was much younger. (I am 68.) I am taking 2 capsules with my morning medication.
