I bought these for the water park near our home, for our grandchildren.Outside of a few 'duds' they work fine.They don't fill as much as expected, but all good.

My kids love using these all summer long

I waited an hour before our party per the directions and filled the balloons and in about 5 minutes more than 90% had lost all their water. It caused a panic as people were on their way and I had to go out to buy regular water balloons that needed to be tied by hand.

Can’t go wrong with these water balloons. So easy to fill up. Great quality. Don’t pop upon filling as other no name brands do - thick material. Fun for all ages. Good value for the money.
