I loved the headset until the mic stopped working. Over a month and counting in Jaber to send me a replacement. No updates. No communication. Not a great experience for spending this much on a head set. Boo....

These work great and are comfortable. The only issue I have is that occasionally the sidetone seems to not work. I'm convinced though that it is the application that is using the headphones, because on most applications, the sidetone is fine.

Estoy feliz con mis audífonos y la reducción de ruido es excelente, tengo perros y ladran mucho y ahora ya no tengo problema ya que no se escuchan en las llamadas, los uso en casa y oficina y por horas y no me cansan.

Noice cancellation is great. Sound quality is great! Volume control is great. Only just got them but day 1 was great!
