MRX Solutions 2 Replacement Batteries for Sram AXS, for eTap Eagle XX1 X01 GX Reverb Force Rival Red XPLR, Just The Battery

I own a MTB and Gravel bike both run Sram AXS. Each came with a SRAM branded battery. I also have a road bike with Shimano Di2. The Di2 battery lasts months while the SRAMs run about half of that. But the SRAMs are easier to remove and cheaper to replace. Although these MRX versions are much better value. Due to the shorter battery life I needed to start carrying a back up. Found these and saw decent feedback and have had no issues so far. Some claim these do not last as long as the SRAM branded batteries. My guess is they likely come from the same factory. I have not conducted any rigorous testing to determine if they are better or worse but for the much lower price it is a no brainer to have 3 or 4 of the MRX on hand.

I’ve had these for three years! They have lasted great! Still charging and working well! I’m buying them again for a new derailleur that came without batteries.

UPDATE: As I noted below in my original review "Time will tell". It did. Less than 4 months of use (switching back and forth between this battery and the original SRAM battery) and now this battery is so loose in my XX1 derailleur that the contacts come disconnected and my shifter randomly works. It still seems to hold it's charge, but their must be something slightly different in the plastic on this battery that has worn in this short period of time. Originally 4 star review below, but now a one star due to it not holding up and randomly working. I've utilized this battery for one 25 mile ride. It worked well over that duration. Verdict is still out on the longevity as compared to the original SRAM battery. I had no issues with this battery charging in the original SRAM charger and no compatibility issues on my xx1 derailleur. All worked seamlessly. If the longevity is not good it will still make a great back up battery.

** Changing review to 5 stars after swift replacement and excellent communication** Seemed to work OK but build quality is not as good as original SRAM. Might try to epoxy this thing back together but the retention clip broke off after a few uses. Good thing it didn't happen on the mountain.

I had to return the first set because one of batteries wouldn't charge. Second pair work perfectly and so far they last longer than the SRAM batteries that I've been using for 2 years. We'll see how they fair long term but so far no complaints.

Great to have a reliable back up battery and charger. Works same as the original.

This battery is junk!! Do not buy. I have a SRAM AXS system and when this battery is installed it is non functional!! Over travels to lowest gear ( big rear sprocket) and beyond. Wiring in battery not for SRAM. Junk. Junk. Junk. Don’t buy it!!!! Buy a SRAM battery. In the garbage it goes ( for batteries) that is.

Funcionan súper bien

Bought these after my original battery got stolen from my new bike when locked up on my car. The reviews seemed positive so I opted for these. Now I can saw these batteries are great! I've ridden a lot this winter in zero degree temps and I can tell absolutely no difference. They last really well and I'm pleasantly impressed!

I have used this battery set for two years and it is completely indistinguishable from the OEM product. 100% buy against.

Previous reviews had me a little curious on whether these would work, but they arrived on time, charged fine and the derailleur accepted them no problem so... yeah? \o/ I will take them out for race ride testing tomorrow and if I do not have to switch back to the original battery in the 90 minutes or so I will be riding then they are fine. I was more looking at a "bring me home in case I forget to charge the original battery" solution , so any downsides from here on which are not including running for less than 90 minutes would be acceptable given the original replacements go for 90 to 120 bux and these were 40 for two of them.
