Amazing
Easy to install and is loud. Waaay better than the cheapo i had before. Phone calls are clear. Minimal wind noise with a full face helmet.

2 versions are available, P/N 5S-01 and P/N 5S -02 make sure you're getting the one you want
After texting with customer service regarding my new sena 5s, I was informed the -02 version does not include a radio, due to supply shortage of chip set. The -01 does include a radio, and cost $30 more than the -02. And here I thought I was getting a discount. LOL. Well, since it pairs up with my phone, I have to say "OK google, play "Xxx.x" FM radio station", which then loads my music (iHeart Radio, spotify, amazon music, etc) app, and plays the music. I can use voice commands to switch stations, and "stop radio." The other features of the -02 version appear to be the same as the -01. The radio playing via the phone does drain both the phone and the sena, whereas I was hoping to extend the phone's battery by placing the radio's burden solely on the sena. Edit, received a 5s-10 version, also did not have the radio chipset. This version needed a firmware update. Note, I've read others having problems updating the firmware via USB computer connection, once the old windows 95 looking software is installed on your computer, the sena needs to be off before the firmware will update.

Funcionaron bien al inicio, sin tener el mejor sonido, pero por lo menos permitían hablar entre intercomunicadores, pero en menos de 3 meses ya a uno se le dañó la batería. Muy caro para durar tan poco.

Horrible instructions YouTube is it much better for this product?
Like I previously stated instructions are garbage have fun trying to figure out FM radio even going online doesn’t help ! speakers are just OK supposed to be HD upgrade make sure you have the volume all the way up.

Ich habe mich für ein sena entschieden, da Sena in meinen Freundeskreis sehr verbreitet ist. Die Montage ist ziemlich einfach und der Kauf ist es aufjedenfall wert! Ursprünglich hatte ich mir das Sena zur Navigation gekauft, aber über die Sena App kann man sich einfach mit Freunden verbinden und während der Fahrt unterhalten. Sowohl Sound als auch Mikrofonqualität sehr gut!

man kann maximal nur 3 Leute verbinden vorbei wir nur 2 Leute gleichzeitig geschaft haben was für den preis nicht gut ist das ist mein einziger Kritik punkt aber der wichtigste meiner Meinung nach dan lieber den Spyder kaufen.
