I was excited to gift this item to a couple; however, it arrived incomplete - the elegant gift box, hooks, hemp rope, and clips mentioned in the description were missing. Additionally, the size does not match the description—while it was stated as 0.5 inch width, the actual size appears to be only 0.25 inch. The text is also not fully readable, as it appears blurred. Overall, I was disappointed with this purchase.

Not worth the price, incomplete Items

Beautiful item, but arrived damaged, paid express to receive in time for our granddaughter in laws bridal shower, I contacted Amazon au and because I bought it from the us 🇺🇸 they could give me a refund of $35, the shower is this Saturday the 18th so I have to give it to her and tell her I had to order another, bit disappointed. Again it’s a beautiful 🤩 item.

This was a nice gift. The lettering on the board was applied well. The board was thin and you had to assemble it yourself (as it shows in picture that was posted). Im not great at stuff like that but for the price, you get what you get. Overall, not bad.
