54'' 40 lbs Archery Bow, Straight Draw, Black, Right Hand

The price of this 40lb bow is great and quality is good well worth £16, only shot it six times but feels good and quite accurate for what you're playing for, would recommend for intermediate/advanced archers as 40lds could cause injury to less experienced archers.

The kit is heavy, except for the wire - I don't think it's going to be any good!

It has to be assembled, and you need to be able to have lessons to use it. Great for the price. Easy to assemble and I am an archer with experience so I can say that it pulls well. If you can actually fo it correctly. Get lessons as it could be dangerous as these ones need you to be used to accuracy

Its a good bow for the price and easy to assemble but the draw weight is not 40lbd

I can't understand how this bow has any decent reviews. It's awful. This bow was bought as a 'make do' bow as my 8 year old has misplaced his usual bow. I was reluctant to spend much on a bow as I'm hoping he finds his own. Anyway, having read a few reviews I thought this would be okay for now, wow was I wrong. I assembled the bow and handed it over he pulled the string to get a feel for it, we heard an almighty crack and the whole thing broke. This is an 8 year old child, not a strong man. I reported the damage immediately to the seller and was offered a 20% refund. A TWENTY PERCENT REFUND FOR A 100% BROKEN ITEM. How this seller thinks that's an appropriate offer is anyone's guess. I explained that the item is not as described, they state it is a nylon handle yet you can clearly see it is made from composite wood, hence why it is not strong enough and immediately broke. They then offered a 40% refund. Long story short; we have gone back and forwards repeatedly to the point that I have asked Amazon to get involved. They have issued a full refund yet the seller is now offering me 80% refund. They're crazy. DO NOT BUY!

Is an ok bow for the money. Decent draw but not 40lb and reasonably accurate. Strings a bit cheesy but you can always get a dacron string made up for it.

Absolutely pathetic to send this to a customer. Broken upon arrival. Entire parts missing.

I got one of these very poor made the 4 bolts you get are the wrong.if you get one make sour you get some penertrason oil to help get them screws in my bow broken 3/10
