Ecological Formulas NADH 5 mg 60 tabs

I have found that the 5mg is plenty for me. This particular brand (I've tried several) works very well and can save you money. They are not sublinqual, but can be placed under the tongue and absorbed that way, it just takes longer. Other non-sublinqual tabs I've tried do not dissolve as well, or are gritty feeling. I have noticed no difference though between just swallowing with a little water or dissolving under the tongue. Taken first thing in the morning (either way), fasting of course, I still feel the same result of being more alert and awake.

Have been using NADH since it became available on the market. This brand does the job as well as any I have taken. I really feel the difference in my energy, alertness, and interest in life when I take NADH. It is so wonderful to have the price go down on this amazing supplement.

I definitely feel better using this product. My nutritionist said the Ecological Formula brand is the only brand that is a good NADH.

I combined this with Quinol CoQ 10 for my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and it works great. Will def reorder!

Unbelievable, but my Energy has 10-fold increased since taking this product. Used to be exhausted at 6 pm, now I can stay awake until 10 pm. My husband started taking it, but he needed 10 mg in order to feel effect. He weighs 194 and I only 112 lbs. Definitely will keep taking it.
