I tried ONCE to wear extensions in my hair and ended up with thinned, broken hair. I found this creme and used it for a period of time and it restored my hair and made it long and thicker. It has a nice feel and scent to it, as well. I find it helpful, as well, to wet my hair before bed and put a plastic cap on. I think this helps to speed up the hair growth/thickening process, due to the heat that the plastic cap generates to your scalp. Good product! I recommend it!
