While these discs can fly off they are less likely to than the 3M discs because of the center posts. they are great for finish work

The hooks on these newer Walter Quick-Step back up pads do not hold the Blendex Surface Conditioning discs. The quality on these has diminished greatly over the last few years, they are all but unusable now. They just spin the discs off uncontrollably, often striking the user.
